Austria trip planning, done for you (without the endless tabs)

You want an Austria trip that feels effortless, looks amazing, and actually works in real life. I design train-first Austria itineraries for busy professionals who do not have time (or patience) to plan.

My speciality is Austria by train (with smart local transport and walkable routes).
Car trips are possible too, but train-first is the default.

What I do not do: I do not book anything for you. No tickets, hotels, tours, or restaurants. You stay in control. I build the plan, you click “book”.

How it works (simple + mostly async)

Step 1: Fill out the short contact form at the bottom of this page
Tell me your travel dates (or rough window), who you’re travelling with, and which tier you want. That’s it. Short and painless.

Step 2: I email you the full questionnaire
You’ll receive a link to a more detailed questionnaire (Microsoft Forms) where you can share your preferences, pace, budget comfort level, and what you actually want to do in Austria.

Step 3: I confirm the scope, price, and delivery timeline
If I need any essential clarifications, I’ll ask them by email. If everything is clear, I’ll confirm your tier and when you’ll receive your itinerary.

Step 4: You pay via PayPal and receive an invoice
Once payment is received, I start planning.

Step 5: You receive your itinerary
You’ll get your plan as a clean document you can use on your phone (PDF by email or a OneDrive link, your choice).

Step 6: Revisions (based on tier)
You review the plan, send your adjustments, and I revise once (or twice for Tier 3).

Tier 1: Itinerary Strategy – €99
For: people who want direction and structure, not micromanagement.

Includes:

  • Questionnaire review
  • One itinerary outline with a day-by-day structure
  • Transport logic (which day trip on which day, plus realistic timings)
  • Google Maps list of key pins
  • One revision round

Not included:

  • Booking help
  • Accommodation shortlist (available as an add-on)

Tier 2: Done-With-You Plan – €249
For: people who want a confident plan that’s ready to follow.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Detailed day-by-day itinerary (morning, afternoon, evening)
  • Train guidance and buffer tips
  • Food and coffee suggestions by neighbourhood
  • Accommodation area recommendations (areas, not specific hotels)
  • One 30-minute call (optional, if you want it)
  • One revision round

Tier 3: VIP Concierge Lite – €499
For: anxious travellers, special occasions, and complex trips.

Includes everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Accommodation shortlist with pros and cons (shortlist only, you book)
  • Activity shortlist with booking links
  • Plan B rainy-day alternatives
  • Two revision rounds
  • Priority response window (limited slots, still not same-day unless stated)

Tier 3 has limited availability to protect quality and turnaround time.

Optional add-ons

FAQ

Do you book hotels or trains for me?
No. I plan, you book. That keeps you in control and avoids booking complications.

Is this only for train trips?
Train-first is my speciality. If you prefer a car, I can adapt the route.

What if the weather is bad?
Tier 3 includes a full Plan B section. For Tier 1 and Tier 2, rainy-day alternatives can be added on request.
